Consent to the processing of personal data

1. Who you give your consent to

The controller of your personal data: [COMPANY_NAME], registered in the Republic of Armenia under registration number [COMPANY_REG_NO], address: [COMPANY_ADDRESS], email: [PRIVACY_EMAIL] ("we", "us").

2. Which data

• your name;
• your phone number and the country it belongs to;
• your email address;
• your quiz answers, if you took the quiz: the purpose of your trip or studies, whether you have an offer of admission, previous visa refusals, employment, bookings, timing and how ready your documents are;
• the Site language, the page the request was sent from, and the date and time it was sent;
• our correspondence about your request.

3. For what purposes

• to reply to your request and contact you by phone, messenger or email;
• to advise you and offer suitable services;
• to secure your discount, if you sent your request from the discount pop-up.

We don’t send newsletters without your separate consent, and we don’t share your data with third parties for their own advertising.

4. What we may do with the data

Collect, record, organise, store, update, retrieve, use, disclose within the limits of section 5, restrict, erase and destroy it, both by automated means and without them.

5. Who may receive the data

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which hosts the Site. Form submissions pass through Cloudflare but aren’t stored there. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• The Telegram messenger. Requests from the Site are forwarded to our work chat on Telegram. Telegram privacy policy.
• The messengers and email services we use to contact you about your request, to the extent you choose that way of communicating.

6. International transfers

You agree that your data may be transferred to and processed outside the country where you live, including:

• Armenia, where the controller is registered and our team works;
• the United States, where Cloudflare’s servers are located;
• the countries where the servers of Telegram and the other services in section 5 are located.

You understand that the laws of some of these countries may protect personal data differently from the laws of your country.

7. Duration and withdrawal

The consent lasts 12 months after our last contact with you. If you become our client, your data is then processed under our contract, for the periods set out in the Privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: write to [PRIVACY_EMAIL] or tell us in our conversation. After you withdraw it, we’ll stop processing and delete your data within 10 working days, except for data the law requires us to keep. Withdrawal doesn’t make processing carried out before it unlawful.

8. What you confirm

By ticking the box and submitting your request, you confirm that:

• you are 18 or over, or are acting as the legal representative of a minor;
• the data in the request is yours, or you have the right to share it;
• you have read this consent and our Privacy policy;
• you give your consent freely, specifically, in an informed way and unambiguously.

9. What this consent doesn’t cover

• Cookies and analytics. You give or refuse consent to these separately, in the banner on the Site. See our Cookie policy.
• Visa documents. If you become our client, we process the data you send us for the work on the basis of our contract (terms of service). You give consent to the processing of your criminal record certificate and health data when you accept the terms of service.
