1. General

1.1. These Terms are a public offer by [COMPANY_NAME], registered in the Republic of Armenia under registration number [COMPANY_REG_NO], address: [COMPANY_ADDRESS] (the "Provider", "we", "us"), to enter into a service agreement on the terms below.

1.2. The agreement is concluded with any person who accepts these Terms (the "Client", "you"). If the services are provided to someone else, for example your child (the "Applicant"), you confirm that you are entitled to act on their behalf and share their data with us.

1.3. You accept these Terms by paying for a service in full or in part. From the moment of payment, the agreement is concluded on these Terms in the version in force on the payment date.

1.4. Before payment, we confirm the chosen package or service and its price in our conversation. Ticking "I accept the terms" in a request form on the Site means that you have read these Terms. The request itself doesn’t conclude the agreement.

2. Definitions

2.1. Site: [SITE_DOMAIN].

2.2. Services: the Provider’s consulting, information and organisational services to prepare for a Spanish visa and to settle in after arrival, within the scope of the chosen package or individual service.

2.3. Package: a set of services at a fixed price, as listed in the appendix to these Terms and on the Site.

2.4. Third parties: consulates and visa centres, educational institutions, insurers, banks, sworn translators, apostille authorities and other organisations the Applicant deals with to obtain a visa.

2.5. Partner: a person the Provider engages for services that require physical presence (for example, an airport pick-up).

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. We provide the Services within the scope of the package or individual service you paid for, and you pay for them on these Terms.

3.2. The Services are provided remotely: by messenger, email and audio or video calls. The exception is services requiring physical presence, which are provided by a Partner.

3.3. The Applicant submits the visa documents to the consulate or visa centre in person. We don’t represent the Applicant before the consulate or visa centre and don’t submit documents on their behalf.

3.4. We are not a government body, consulate, visa centre, educational institution, insurer, bank or law firm, and we don’t act on their behalf.

3.5. The packages and prices are listed in the appendix to these Terms. Additional services not included in a package are provided by separate arrangement.

4. What’s not included in the price. Package with tuition

4.1. Unless you have ordered a package with tuition (clause 4.3), the price of the Services doesn’t include the following, which the Applicant pays separately: consular and visa centre fees; tuition; the insurance premium; apostille and legalisation of documents; notary services; tickets, accommodation and the Applicant’s other expenses.

4.2. The Standard and Premium packages include: sworn translation of the documents required for the visa, and the fees payable in Spain after arrival for the procedures included in the package (for example, the TIE card fee). If an unusually large volume of documents needs translating for the visa, we’ll agree the cost of translation beyond the usual set with you in advance.

4.3. We may offer a package that already includes payment for tuition, and insurance if needed, at the chosen educational institution. Such a package has a single price that covers our services and the tuition, agreed with you before payment. Tuition can only be paid through us as part of such a package. Otherwise, the Applicant pays the educational institution directly.

4.4. Out of the package price, we pay the tuition to the educational institution in the Applicant’s name within 3 working days of receiving payment and send you the confirmation from the institution.

4.5. The tuition or insurance contract is between the Applicant and the educational institution or insurer. We are not responsible for its performance, including the quality of teaching. When choosing, we only suggest institutions that are suitable for obtaining a visa.

4.6. If you cancel the package before we have paid the tuition, we refund the package price minus the value of the stages of our services already completed (section 11). After the tuition has been paid, that part can only be refunded to the extent the educational institution or insurer refunds it (clause 11.8).

5. Price and payment

5.1. Prices are in euros. If you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at the rate of the payment service or bank on the payment date. Your bank’s and payment service’s fees are paid by you.

5.2. The Services are paid for in advance, in full. By agreement, payment may be split into instalments; in that case we provide the Services to the extent of the amount paid.

5.3. We give you the payment methods and details when confirming your order. If you pay using a bank loan or instalment plan, its terms are set by the bank and any related costs are borne by you.

5.4. Prices on the Site may change. A price change doesn’t affect Services already paid for.

5.5. Discounts and promotions apply on the terms stated in the description of the specific promotion and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5.6. Current promotion: 40% off the Standard and Premium student visa packages. The discount is available to anyone who submits a request through the promotion form on the student visa page of the Site. It applies to the package price and doesn’t apply to tuition (including tuition in a package with tuition), insurance, fees, other packages or individual services. We may change or end the promotion; this doesn’t affect a discount we have already confirmed to you before the change.

6. Timing

6.1. We hold the first consultation within 3 working days of payment, unless we agree on another date.

6.2. We send the result of a document check within 5 working days of receiving your complete set of documents.

6.3. We complete the document package no later than the working day before the agreed submission date, provided you have sent us all documents and information at least 3 working days before that date. If documents arrive later, the deadline moves accordingly.

6.4. Support after arrival in Spain (Standard and Premium packages) lasts 90 days from the Applicant’s date of entry.

6.5. The processing times of consulates, visa centres, educational institutions, translators and other Third parties are beyond our control and are not part of our deadlines.

7. Our obligations and rights

7.1. We provide the Services in good faith, professionally and in line with current rules and consular practice, and recommend reasonable steps that improve the chances of a positive decision.

7.2. We keep your data confidential and use it only to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy policy.

7.3. We may engage Partners, translators and other contractors and are responsible to you for their work. Educational institutions, insurers and banks are not our contractors: you enter into your own agreements with them.

7.4. We may give mandatory recommendations: in writing, with a specific action, a reasonable deadline and a warning about the consequences. If a recommendation isn’t followed, we are not responsible for the consequences.

7.5. We may suspend work if you don’t provide the required documents or information, or if the value of the Services provided exceeds the amount paid.

7.6. We may withdraw from the work if we find that the documents or information provided are untrue or forged. In that case we refund the amount paid minus the value of the stages already completed.

8. Your obligations and rights

8.1. Provide complete, true and up-to-date information and documents, including about previous visa refusals, immigration violations, criminal record, education and income.

8.2. Check the forms and documents we prepare before signing and submitting them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to the consulate.

8.3. Submit the documents in person and comply with the requirements of the consulate, visa centre and other Third parties.

8.4. Not share with third parties or use commercially the materials we prepare for you, other than for your own visa application.

8.5. Receive information from us about the progress of the work and the Services provided.

9. We don’t guarantee a visa

9.1. The decision to grant a visa, residence permit or TIE card is made by the competent Spanish authorities. They are not under our control, and we cannot influence their decision.

9.2. A visa refusal in itself doesn’t mean the Services were provided improperly and is not grounds for refunding completed stages.

9.3. Consulate and visa centre fees and other application costs are not refunded in the event of a refusal, and we don’t compensate them.

10. Acceptance of the Services

10.1. Each stage is considered provided once we have delivered its result to you: held the consultation, sent the document list, the check result, the finished package, etc.

10.2. If you disagree with the result of a stage, let us know within 5 working days. If there are no objections, the stage is considered accepted.

10.3. The Services under a package as a whole are considered provided once all stages are completed, and for packages with support after arrival, at the end of the support period.

11. Cancellation and refunds

11.1. You may cancel the Services at any time by writing to [CONTACT_EMAIL] or in our conversation.

11.2. If work hasn’t started yet, we refund the full amount.

11.3. If work has started, we refund the amount paid minus the value of completed stages. For the Standard and Premium packages, the value of stages is calculated from the Standard price as follows (if the package was paid at a discount, from the amount actually paid, in the same proportions):

11.4. In the Premium package, the difference between its price and the Standard price covers the Partner’s on-site services. If they haven’t been provided yet, we refund that part minus costs that can no longer be recovered (for example, booking the Partner for a specific date).

11.5. For the other packages:

11.6. Amounts already paid to Third parties on your instructions (translators, fees, etc.) are not refunded unless the Third party refunds them.

11.7. Refunds are made within 10 working days of receiving your request with payment details, where possible by the same method you used to pay.

11.8. If the tuition has already been paid, a refund of that part depends on the rules of the educational institution or insurer. For example, many schools refund tuition minus an administrative fee if you show the consulate’s refusal letter. Whatever the educational institution or insurer refunds to us, we transfer to you within 5 working days of receipt, minus their deductions and bank fees.

12. Liability

12.1. Each party is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the agreement in accordance with applicable law.

12.2. We are not liable for the decisions of consulates and other authorities, for the actions and timing of Third parties, for changes in laws and rules, for the consequences of untrue or incomplete information you gave us, or for the consequences of not following our mandatory recommendations.

12.3. Our liability under the agreement is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Services, unless applicable law prohibits such a limitation.

13. Personal data

13.1. We process your data and the Applicant’s data as described in our Privacy policy.

13.2. By accepting these Terms, you give explicit consent to the processing of your criminal record certificate and health data (for example, in an insurance policy) if they are required for the visa. This data is used only to prepare the visa documents. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an Applicant, you confirm that you are entitled to give this consent for them.

13.3. We publish reviews you leave us on the Site or social media only with your consent.

14. Complaints and disputes

14.1. Send complaints to [CONTACT_EMAIL]. We reply within 10 working days.

14.2. If a dispute can’t be resolved through negotiation, it is heard by the courts under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, including any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

15. Changes and miscellaneous

15.1. We may change these Terms. A new version applies from its publication on the Site and doesn’t apply to Services paid for before publication.

15.2. If any provision of these Terms proves invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

15.3. These Terms are available in Russian, English and Spanish. In the event of discrepancies between the versions, the Russian version prevails.
