2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. The browser sends them back to the server with every subsequent request.
Local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) work in a similar way. Their data stays only in your browser and isn’t sent to the server automatically.
Unless stated otherwise, "cookies" in this policy refers to all of these technologies together.
3. Which cookies the Site uses
We group cookies into three categories. Essential cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only if you consent.
3.1. Essential — always on
Needed for features you use yourself. Our own items contain no personal data: only flags such as "1", the name of a page section or your choice in the banner. They stay on your device, and we have no access to them.

3.2. Analytics — only with your consent
These help us understand how people use the Site: where they come from, which pages they read and where they get stuck. We also use this data to see which advertising brings visitors to the Site.
Yandex Metrica collects visit statistics and builds click maps. It also records sessions (Session Replay): mouse movements, scrolling and clicks. We’ve set up the Site so that session recordings don’t capture what you type into form fields. Google Analytics collects visit statistics.

3.3. Advertising — only with your consent
These let Google and advertising platforms use data about your visit to measure and tailor advertising, including showing ads to people who have already visited the Site. If you refuse, we tell Google through Google Consent Mode, and no advertising cookies are set.

4. How consent works
On your first visit, a banner appears at the bottom of the page. You can accept all cookies, reject all but the essential ones, or choose by category. The "Accept" and "Reject" buttons are given equal weight. The Site works the same whatever you choose.
Until you make a choice, Metrica, Google Analytics and advertising tools aren’t loaded. We keep your choice for 12 months. After that, or if the list of cookies changes materially, the banner will appear again.
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time, via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page or the button at the top of this policy. When you withdraw consent, we delete analytics and advertising cookies from our domain and reload the page. Cookies on Yandex and Google domains can be deleted in your browser settings (see section 6).
The legal basis for analytics and advertising cookies is your consent (in the EU, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC; in Spain, Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, LSSI-CE). Essential cookies don’t require consent.
5. Third-party services and data transfers
Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. If you consent, Yandex and Google receive data about your visit, including your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you viewed and your actions on them. Yandex’s servers are located in Russia, among other places; Google’s are in the United States and other countries. See Yandex’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from partner sites.
Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests fonts from Google’s servers. With that request Google receives your IP address and browser details. According to Google, Google Fonts does not set cookies. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Hosting. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). To deliver the Site and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical request data: IP address, time and the page requested. If bot protection is triggered, Cloudflare may set security cookies (see section 3.1). See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Messengers and social networks. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and other services are plain links, not embedded widgets. Until you follow one, those services receive nothing from the Site.

6. Other ways to control cookies
Besides the settings on the Site, you can delete or block cookies in your browser. It’s usually under "Privacy" → "Cookies and site data". Instructions for popular browsers:
Google also offers an official browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. If you block all cookies, the Site will keep working, but the banner will appear on every visit.
7. Your rights
Your rights regarding personal data, and how to exercise them, are described in our Privacy Policy. Refusing analytics and advertising cookies has no effect on how we handle your requests.
8. Applicable law
This policy has been prepared under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. It also takes into account the data protection rules of the countries whose residents the Site is aimed at, to the extent those rules apply to us. These include the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC, Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and China’s Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
9. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies we use change, for example when we add new services. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top. If a change affects cookies that require consent, we’ll ask you again through the banner.
